This luxury holiday rental required a freshen up and now stands out as a property with quality and designer fittings, befitting the house and location. Working with some existing features such as the classical and timeless travertine tiles, we designed new vanities that covered the old vanity footprint, new floating timber flooring upstairs, a new kitchen and general finishes. A complete bespoke furniture package including soft furnishings, accessories and artwork completed the coastal luxe aesthetic. The finishes were selected with rental practicality and ease of maintenance in mind and designer elements for Muuto, Weylandts, Coco Republic amongst others. Close collaboration between the client and designer produced a result that exceeded the client’s expectation.
