Long Standing, Much Loved Jetty Restaurant

Fiasco Restaurant in the Jetty Precinct is regarded one of the best dining spots on the Coast. Loved by many, the interior needed to fit the owners’ brief of making the space a more casual family friendly experience, without losing its appeal as a special dining destination. Many of the elements needed to remain, however there was scope to extend and build in some of the previously open outdoor spaces, increasing the seating capacity and allowing for cosy Banquette seating. The colour pallet selected is that of a muted Italian flag, earthy red, soft green, pops of crisp white and the comforting dark ceiling. Natural Materials, loads of texture and those hand-crafted copper wall panels and pendant lights (handcrafted by Stefano himself), the open theatrical style pizza bar at the rear of the building, diners are drawn to become involved in the process.
